Nothing in Luma Anesthesia — including drug references, dose calculators, protocols, algorithms, case guides, or AI chat responses — is a substitute for:
Your own professional training, licensure, and clinical judgment
Direct consultation with a qualified colleague or supervising physician
Your institution's official policies, protocols, and procedures
Manufacturer package inserts and current prescribing information
